This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete mid-year and annual performance and compensation cycle, including program management, check-ins, evaluations, calibration, and compensation schedules, in collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Total Rewards, and leadership in People.

• Conduct a formal Performance and Pay Post Mortem following each cycle, analyze outcomes, document successes and challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Manage the People team's program calendar and roadmap across HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development (L&D).

• Develop and sustain project infrastructure, encompassing intake processes, status updates, frameworks, and tracking of milestones.

• Identify and address cross-functional People team challenges by designing effective processes.

• Ensure that relevant People data is easily accessible and actionable within Cowork, with appropriate permissions in place.

• Spearhead change management initiatives for AI integration within HR, which includes rollout strategies, training resources, and feedback mechanisms.

• Create rewards and recognition programs focused on AI Transformation in collaboration with the Transformation team.

• Assist in preparations for IPO readiness programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, or a closely related discipline.

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from inception to completion, involving multiple stakeholders and strict timelines.

• Strong understanding of performance management and execution of compensation cycles.

• Experience in conducting post-mortems or retrospectives on programs and converting insights into actionable steps.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structure in undefined situations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with or a genuine interest in AI tools within an HR/People context; prior hands-on experience with AI is a significant advantage.

• Proficient in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday; familiar with project management tools such as Asana or Notion; and experienced in Google Workspace.
