This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee project planning for a designated project as a coordination partner to project leadership.
• Create, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare and manage Master Time Schedules, Overall Time Schedules, baseline schedules, and periodic planning deliverables.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and monthly update cycles with project functions and stakeholders.
• Analyze critical path, longest path, float utilization, schedule deviations, and performance trends.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, and suggest mitigation or optimization strategies.
• Facilitate collaborative planning discussions regarding priorities, assumptions, interfaces, and recovery actions.
• Ensure schedules align with contractual milestones, payment milestones, obligations, and key interfaces.
• Generate project planning reports and schedule inputs for management reviews and customer reporting.
• Assist in progress measurement, S-curves, KPI tracking, and other time-performance indicators.
• Support baseline freeze, change management, rebaseline, and committed schedule activities.
• Escalate risks related to project float, critical paths, and contractual commitments.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning practices.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in EPC or similarly complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Experience in hydropower, energy, infrastructure, or industrial project execution.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to U.S. sites.
• Ability to modify work schedule to accommodate any U.S. time zone.
• Preferred: Certifications such as PMI-SP, PMP, or AACE-PSP.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Lean and Last Planner System.
• Preferred: Experience with U.S. Government projects.
