
Project Operations Lead – Healthcare Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of Revenue Cycle initiatives and Special Accounts Receivable (AR) projects through organized coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and dependency monitoring.
• Monitor action items, responsible parties, and deadlines across implementation and Special AR workstreams.
• Organize internal and client meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
• Aid in go-live, post-live, and stabilization efforts for revenue cycle initiatives.
• Support implementation readiness tasks such as current-state intake, data gathering, and validation activities.
• Assist in the rollout of AR, denial management, cash posting, credit balance, and follow-up initiatives.
• Coordinate training arrangements, distribution of materials, and tracking of attendance.
• Monitor punch-list items and post-implementation corrective actions.
• Contribute to short-term AR efforts like aging reduction and backlog management.
• Analyze production metrics, volume trends, and target milestones for Special AR projects.
• Compile operational inputs into concise executive-level status updates.
• Facilitate transitions between implementation, project, and steady-state operations.
• Provide administrative support for Projects, Solutions, and Campaigns.
• Create weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.
• Aggregate data for governance presentations, MORs, and client communications.
• Ensure that project artifacts are systematically organized, version-controlled, and ready for audits.
• Assist in documenting workflows, updating SOPs, and preparing project close-out materials.
• A Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in place of education.
• Over 4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or healthcare operations support.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle operations including AR, billing, denials, and cash posting.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
• Previous experience supporting revenue cycle implementations or AR performance initiatives (preferred).
• Knowledge of Epic or Meditech revenue cycle workflows (preferred).
• PMP, CAPM, or coursework in project management (preferable, but not mandatory).
• Experience in consulting, managed services, or large healthcare systems (preferred).
