Project Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop, advise, and assist cross-functional government teams.

• Deliver strategic and policy counsel.

• Engage and collaborate with all-source analysts.

• Assess incoming field reports and distribute them for final approval.

• Work in conjunction with the Senior Ops/Deputy Ops Manager on collection parameters and follow-up actions.

• Inform management about collection achievements and data satisfaction.

• Gather feedback and implement actions to enhance report quality.

• Offer operational insights, guidance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for ongoing cases.

• Aid in the coordination or oversight of reports and production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in sensitive operational and interagency support.

• Proven leadership and management experience.

• Experience in HUMINT, signature reduction support, and infrastructure development.

• Proficiency in risk management and reduction.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must possess a Top Secret Clearance.

• Must have U.S. work authorization without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
