This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the project's scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies.
• Create, sustain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource distributions.
• Manage multiple simultaneous HR, Payroll, and HRIS projects.
• Define and communicate project KPIs, milestones, risks, and the overall health of the project.
• Facilitate governance tasks, steering committee sessions, status reviews, and executive reporting.
• Direct Workday, HRIS, and Payroll implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Finance departments to gather requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Supervise testing, data migration, integrations, payroll readiness activities, deployment planning, and post-launch support.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Establish and manage RAID processes; identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate dependencies across functions and manage issue resolution and escalation processes.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Provide consistent status updates, dashboards, and reports for executive-level stakeholders.
• Assist with organizational change management, user adoption, training, and business readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors, consultants, and third-party implementation associates.
• Support resource planning and capacity management efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Workday, HRIS, HCM, and/or Payroll implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, HR processes, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in leading intricate cross-functional projects within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record in managing project plans, stakeholder communications, risk management, testing, deployment, and change management efforts.
• Exceptional executive communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with the implementation or support of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, or Absence Management modules.
• Familiarity with ADP, UKG, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or equivalent HRIS/payroll systems.
• Possession of PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in supporting global HR or payroll transformation projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Teams, SharePoint, and Office Suite.
