This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee the intake of project or task requests, evaluate the scope, and delegate responsibilities based on team capacity and expertise.
• Provide ongoing support to the team and perform QA checks to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure open communication with internal teams and clients regarding expectations and project specifications.
• Share regular updates on progress with stakeholders and proactively address any roadblocks.
• Promote collaboration among internal teams and clients for successful web project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects in alignment with client goals and agency standards.
• Collaborate with design, development, and various Power Digital service teams.
• Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations while addressing client concerns and feedback.
• Coordinate pod activities with Account Directors, designers, and developers to align priorities and manage resource allocation.
• Manage a varied client portfolio comprising project-based engagements and ongoing retainers.
• Maintain an 85% Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) retention rate for the client portfolio.
• Serve as Account Manager for additional accounts as needed.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within the department.
• Achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for communication, delivery timeliness, Asana ticket management, QA quality, client satisfaction, and resolution of escalations.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in an agency setting.
• 1-3 years of experience in managing website development and design projects.
• In-depth understanding of the latest trends and advancements in web design and user experience (UX).
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of web-based languages such as Java, HTML, or PHP is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to infuse creativity and innovation into web projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience collaborating with teams of 10 or more.
