Project Manager – Transmission & Substation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of project plans with an emphasis on execution, cost management, and scheduling.

• Coordinate efforts among various teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations.

• Manage the integration of scope, schedule, and budget effectively.

• Create RFP packages to competitively procure engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services.

• Assist the Estimating team with detailed scope and assumptions for financial modeling.

• Identify potential risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Provide updates on progress, issues, and risks to management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in managing projects exceeding $100 million.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Capable of managing scope, schedule, and costs effectively.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
