Project Manager – Strategic Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and manage project plans, including milestones, timelines, deliverables, and assignment of ownership.

• Facilitate coordination of activities and transitions among Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and various stakeholders.

• Identify, document, monitor, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies related to projects.

• Keep project documentation updated, including progress trackers, action logs, and status reports.

• Organize project working sessions, set agendas, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-up with responsible parties.

• Oversee deliverables and deadlines, communicate any potential delays, and address execution challenges.

• Handle multiple projects and workstreams while managing complex initiatives and escalations.

• Seek out opportunities to enhance project tracking, reporting accuracy, standardized practices, and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in project management, coordinating workstreams, or supporting intricate cross-functional initiatives.

• Competence in developing and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, organizing deliverables, and managing competing deadlines.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.

• Understanding of project management basics, including risk and issue tracking, dependency management, status reporting, and escalation processes.

• Capability to manage shifting priorities or incomplete information effectively.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.

• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Background in supporting Product, Technology, SaaS, or customer-oriented initiatives.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Experience in preparing project dashboards, leadership updates, or structured reports.

• Awareness of AI-assisted productivity tools or workflow automation.

• Project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, Scrum, or a similar qualification is advantageous.
