This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage medical oncology practices, cancer centers, academic institutions, health systems, and community oncology groups for involvement in Grand Rounds.
• Conduct outreach to physicians, administrators, education coordinators, and other institutional contacts.
• Build and sustain pipelines of prospective, interested, confirmed, and scheduled institutions.
• Oversee recruitment timelines, follow-up actions, and program-specific objectives.
• Foster relationships with participating institutions to encourage repeat involvement.
• Identify and nurture connections with patient advocacy organizations, professional societies, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.
• Research and assess organizations that align with RTP’s oncology educational priorities.
• Coordinate partner involvement in educational initiatives, content creation, outreach campaigns, and other projects.
• Manage communications, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups related to partnerships.
• Maintain databases of partner contacts, activities, and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Oversee multiple Grand Rounds series, advocacy collaborations, and external engagement projects.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications among both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, recruitment trackers, contact records, and status reports.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to recruitment, participation, and project execution.
• Collaborate with scientific, marketing, meetings, outcomes, production, and project management teams.
• Support targeted email, telephone, and other outreach initiatives.
• Work with marketing staff on strategies for recruitment and engagement.
• Customize outreach based on disease state, geography, institution type, organization type, and audience needs.
• Assess outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Monitor recruitment, participation, attendance, and partner engagement metrics.
• Analyze trends in institutional recruitment and partnerships.
• Prepare regular status updates for leadership and project teams.
• Utilize data to pinpoint high-potential institutions, organizations, and partnership opportunities.
• Recommend process enhancements based on recruitment and participation insights.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical education, patient advocacy, nonprofit organizations, or a related domain.
• Experience in marketing, outreach, recruitment, relationship management, or partnership development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with recruitment, marketing, participation, or engagement data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, databases, trackers, and project management tools.
• Capability to work independently and provide clear, consistent progress updates.
• Preferred: Experience in oncology or hematology.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with patient advocacy organizations.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting healthcare institutions, physicians, or healthcare professionals.
• Preferred: Familiarity with academic cancer centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices.
• Preferred: Experience in continuing medical education or healthcare educational programming.
• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or contact databases.
• Part-time freelance engagement.
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Flexibility to participate in occasional meetings or outreach across US time zones.
