This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies in the role of project manager
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and the Customer
• Guarantee the timely initiation, execution, and completion of studies
• Lead project teams to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and budget management
• Supervise the financial performance of each project
• Coordinate with study conduct partners and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Take ownership of project deliverables and maintain the quality and completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF)
• Update study information in relevant databases and systems
• Ensure readiness for inspections during study conduct
• Direct the development and implementation of project plans
• Organize, coordinate, and deliver internal and external meetings
• Prepare project management reports for clients and internal management
• Formulate contingency plans and strategies for risk mitigation
• Build and nurture client relationships to foster new or additional business opportunities
• Participate in bid defense meetings as a prospective project manager
• Potentially supervise members of the project management team and clinical monitoring staff
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a comparable combination of education and experience
• Preferred experience in a clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic areas
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Significant global experience
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Direct expertise in therapeutic areas

• Availability to travel as needed, approximately 25%
