Project Manager, Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Take charge of projects from their inception by defining the project scope, objectives, governance, and success criteria from the outset.

• Create and maintain all essential project documentation, including charters, project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and issue logs, and status reports.

• Oversee the complete project delivery process, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to PMO standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish priorities, timelines, resources, and dependencies.

• Actively manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective project execution.

• Clearly communicate progress through regular status updates and stakeholder reports.

• Foster consistency, quality, and ongoing improvement in project delivery and processes by leveraging AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Smartsheets, Jira, and Copilot.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for business and project management purposes.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience in business and process design.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid business acumen and capability to navigate through change.

• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage conflict and ambiguity effectively.

• Exposure to third-party delivery models and vendor management.

• Experience with process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
