Project Manager – Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete software implementation projects, from initiation to closure.

• Create and track project schedules, action plans, and milestones.

• Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and associated risks.

• Coordinate resources and assign professionals based on project needs.

• Prioritize tasks and ensure teams are directed appropriately.

• Facilitate progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor project performance metrics and overall status.

• Handle changes and mitigate potential risks.

• Ensure alignment between client expectations and the outcomes delivered.

• Manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Support ongoing improvement initiatives related to project management.

• Prepare executive reports and present progress updates.

• Direct corporate software implementation projects for public-sector clients, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, costs, quality, and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.

• Proven experience in project management throughout all phases, from planning to control and closure.

• Experience in managing resources and budgets effectively.

• Familiarity with both predictive and agile project management methodologies.

• Experience utilizing project management tools.

• Background in software and/or ERP implementation projects.

• Strong skills in project planning, tracking, and organization.

• Experience in change management and risk management is essential.

• Basic understanding of information technology.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience within a formal PMO structure is an advantage.

• Experience juggling multiple projects at once is a plus.

• Certifications in project management or agile methodologies are advantageous.

• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar) are a plus.

• Familiarity with the Lyceum system is beneficial.

• Experience in the education sector is a plus.

• Knowledge of digital transformation and process management is advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in English is a plus.

• Strong negotiation skills, clear communication abilities, and effective stakeholder management.

• Proactive, organized, and results-driven.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
