This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.
• Plan, oversee, manage, and control the technical, financial, and administrative aspects of projects.
• Identify the technical skills and staff hours necessary for the successful completion of projects.
• Gather, assess, and distribute technical and contractual information to project team members.
• Create activity reports and documentation for clients and project management.
• Draft notices and change-order documentation.
• Establish and manage schedules and budgets for assigned project proposals and closeouts.
• Track progress and manage material logistics.
• Collaborate with procurement and subcontract personnel to synchronize office and field activities.
• Foster customer relationships at both professional and technical levels, addressing inquiries, evaluation requirements, and system design.
• Set objectives for field management, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee performance, productivity, and work quality to ensure timely project completions.
• Order and coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment.
• Implement and uphold company and contractual policies, safety standards, and best installation practices.
• Participate in site walks and pre-construction planning meetings.
• Utilize advanced techniques and analyses across various disciplines and projects, including drilling pile installation, racking installation, module installation, quality control management, and related SDI Services obligations for solar PV projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Skilled in professional email and letter writing.
• Experienced with MS Project scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Excel for costing, dashboards, and technical reporting.
• Competent in MS Word.
• Experienced with MS Outlook.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with Spectrum and Procore is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

• A 4-year degree in Construction or a related field from an accredited university, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other qualifications consistent with the requirements.
• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
