This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver consulting services to a retail client account.
• Oversee retail fit-out and relocation projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to craft the scope of work, allocate resources, estimate costs, establish budgets, create schedules, ensure quality control, and identify risks.
• Define the resources needed for project delivery.
• Conduct requests for proposals, assess bids, and recommend suitable resources.
• Enforce project documentation governance.
• Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, adhere to budget, and meet schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates along with variance reports.
• Identify potential project threats and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Implement measures to minimize or eliminate project risks.
• Employ standard principles and techniques in complex assignments and offer innovative solutions.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge effectively.
• Exemplify leadership in alignment with CBRE RISE values.
• Foster consensus and persuade others to achieve agreement.
• Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities across interconnected teams.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.
• Experience in retail commercial real estate construction project management is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Smartsheet is advantageous.
• General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices is necessary.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings is essential.
• Possess interpersonal skills along with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
