Project Manager – Retail Banking Refurbish Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of individual real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

• Collaborate directly with clients to establish the scope of work, project delivery resource needs, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk assessment.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via the project qualification process.

• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

• Enforce project documentation governance in alignment with both company and client standards.

• Ensure the accuracy, timely coordination, and integrity of project data and documentation.

• Lead the project delivery team by providing clear guidance and direction.

• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, maintain budget, and adhere to schedules.

• Monitor project progress and report on status and variances.

• Identify potential project threats and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute action plans aimed at minimizing or eliminating project risks.

• Utilize standard principles and techniques to tackle complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.

• Mentor team members and disseminate knowledge across various job disciplines.

• Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities within related teams.

• Articulate challenging or sensitive information effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Openness to reevaluating existing solutions with a fresh perspective.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Advanced mathematical abilities.

• Capability to perform calculations involving moderately complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and finance-related computations.
