This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of individual real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Supervise planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality control, and risk assessment.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through a project qualification process.

• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and make resource recommendations to clients.

• Establish project documentation governance in line with company and client standards.

• Ensure integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams by providing guidance and direction.

• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status and variances.

• Identify project risks and create risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.

• Utilize principles and techniques to tackle complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.

• Mentor others and share expertise in the discipline.

• Articulate challenging or sensitive information effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Openness to re-evaluating existing solutions from a fresh perspective.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Proficient math skills.

• Capable of calculating moderately complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and financial-related computations.
