Project Manager – Retail Banking Refurbish Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of project management for individual real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality assurance, and risk assessment.

• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.

• Execute requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and suggest resources to clients.

• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.

• Guarantee the integrity of project data and ensure accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

• Lead the project delivery team by offering guidance and direction.

• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates and discrepancies.

• Recognize project threats and devise risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Put into action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.

• Utilize project management principles and techniques for complex tasks and provide creative solutions.

• Mentor others and share expertise across related job functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.

• Ability to make informed judgments based on the analysis of various information sources.

• Openness to re-evaluating existing solutions from a fresh perspective.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational abilities combined with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Excellent mathematical skills.

• Capability to perform moderately complex calculations such as percentages, fractions, and other finance-related computations.
