This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee various branch renovation and retail banking enhancement projects from inception to completion.
β’ Collaborate with banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory bodies.
β’ Create, monitor, and sustain project timelines, milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments.
β’ Implement project governance, standards, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
β’ Generate project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and updates for leadership.
β’ Ensure branch renovations adhere to design standards, brand specifications, security protocols, and operational requirements.
β’ Oversee budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial controls.
β’ Coordinate renovation efforts to reduce disruptions to branch activities, customers, and staff.
β’ Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, construction teams, vendors, and banking operations.
β’ Supervise design development, permitting, procurement, construction progress, and project closure.
β’ Evaluate contractor and consultant performance concerning quality, safety, schedules, and budget goals.
β’ Assess project documentation, drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractor outputs.
β’ Drive the resolution of field conditions, RFIs, change requests, and operational issues.
β’ Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
β’ Assist in value engineering and propose cost-effective solutions.
β’ Cultivate client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
β’ Recognize opportunities for program enhancements, process efficiencies, expanded services, and future project initiatives.
β’ Contribute to business development activities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience managing retail, banking, corporate interiors, renovation, or construction projects.
β’ Proven experience in overseeing multi-site renovation programs and fast-track project delivery settings.
β’ Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
β’ Experience working in occupied spaces while ensuring business continuity.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and other project management software platforms.
β’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel 25%-30% regionally to project sites as needed.
β’ Ability to adhere to relevant building codes, accessibility standards, life safety regulations, banking security guidelines, and SOX controls where applicable.
