This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renovation and refresh programs for retail banking branches.
• Oversee multiple projects related to branch renovations and retail banking enhancements from start to finish.
• Coordinate with banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory entities.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments.
• Implement project governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and updates for leadership.
• Supervise branch renovations to ensure compliance with design, branding, security, and operational standards.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost control measures.
• Minimize disruptions to branch operations, customers, and employees during renovation activities.
• Monitor design development, permitting, procurement, construction progress, and project closure.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance to meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Review project documentation, including drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractor deliverables.
• Address field conditions, RFIs, change requests, and operational challenges.
• Identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Support value engineering and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain client relationships and identify areas for program improvements, efficiencies, and future opportunities.
• Assist in business development efforts within the retail banking sector.
• Adhere to relevant SOX control responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in managing renovation, retail, banking, or corporate interior projects.
• Proven track record in overseeing multi-site renovation programs and fast-track project delivery settings.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
• Experience in occupied facilities while ensuring business continuity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and various project management software platforms.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally to project sites 25%-30% of the time as needed.
• Ability to comply with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, life safety regulations, and banking security guidelines.
