This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the strategy, implementation, and completion of retail banking branch renovation and enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee various branch renovation and retail banking enhancement projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory bodies.
• Create, monitor, and uphold project timelines, milestones, critical paths, and delivery obligations.
• Implement project governance, standards, processes, and reporting systems.
• Generate project status updates, executive summaries, risk registers, and leadership communications.
• Supervise renovations to ensure compliance with design standards, brand specifications, security protocols, and operational requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost management.
• Minimize disruptions to branch operations, customers, and employees during renovation activities.
• Facilitate communication through regular meetings and project updates.
• Monitor design development, permitting, procurement, construction progress, and closeout criteria.
• Assess contractor and consultant performance against quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Review project documentation, drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractor deliverables.
• Lead the resolution of field conditions, RFIs, change requests, and operational challenges.
• Identify project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Support value engineering initiatives and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, accessibility mandates, life safety standards, and banking security protocols.
• Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Identify program enhancements, process improvements, expanded services, and future project possibilities.
• Assist in business development efforts within the retail banking sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in managing retail, banking, corporate interiors, renovation, or construction projects.
• Proven experience in overseeing multi-site renovation programs and fast-track project delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
• Experience working in occupied facilities while ensuring business continuity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and other project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• This role requires 25%-30% regional travel to project locations as needed.
• On-site presence and requirements may vary based on client needs.
• SOX control responsibilities may be included in this role, where applicable.
