This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of retail banking branch construction projects, both from the ground up and fit-out.
β’ Oversee multiple renovation and retail banking improvement projects from their initiation to completion.
β’ Facilitate coordination among banking clients, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and regulatory authorities.
β’ Create and sustain project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and delivery commitments.
β’ Implement project governance, standards, processes, and reporting frameworks.
β’ Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, risk registers, and updates for leadership.
β’ Supervise renovations to ensure compliance with design standards, brand requirements, security protocols, and operational needs.
β’ Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls effectively.
β’ Coordinate renovations to minimize disruptions to branch operations, customers, and employees.
β’ Monitor design development, permitting, procurement, construction progress, and project closeout activities.
β’ Evaluate contractor and consultant performance against quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives.
β’ Review project documentation, drawings, schedules, budgets, and contractor deliverables.
β’ Lead the resolution of field conditions, RFIs, change requests, and operational challenges.
β’ Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
β’ Support value engineering initiatives and propose cost-effective solutions.
β’ Ensure adherence to building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety standards, and banking security guidelines.
β’ Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
β’ Identify program enhancements, process efficiencies, expanded services, and future project opportunities.
β’ Assist in business development efforts.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up and/or fit-out construction projects in retail and/or banking sectors.
β’ Experience in overseeing multi-site retail construction projects and working in fast-track project delivery environments.
β’ Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and construction administration.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and various project management software platforms.
β’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel regionally to project sites as required, approximately 25%-30% of the time.
β’ Compliance with applicable SOX controls when necessary.
