This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Architecture & Optimization projects and engagements, which include managing scheduling, timelines, milestones, project status, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery leaders, project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are effectively planned and supported.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of A&O projects, their terminology, technology, delivery requirements, scope, dependencies, and associated risks.
• Manage the scheduling of A&O using half-day and full-day time blocks.
• Lead or facilitate meetings for project and resource coordination.
• Track the service opportunity pipeline to predict upcoming projects, scheduling needs, and resource requirements.
• Assist in the initial creation of projects and validate service, project, and resource necessities.
• Coordinate resource assignments in collaboration with Professional Services leads and project managers.
• Maintain transparency regarding resource capacity and future demand; identify conflicts and facilitate effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers to align project needs, manage their expectations, and address any scheduling or scope issues.
• Recognize out-of-scope customer requests and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Develop a functional understanding of Microsoft Security, Purview, Intune, and Entra.
• Keep accurate records of consultant and contractor resources and their skillsets.
• Assist in resource management activities, including assignments, timesheet data, capacity, and forecasting accuracy.
• Provide targeted resource management support for RED as required.
• Identify resource constraints, underutilization, and scheduling challenges; propose solutions accordingly.
• Enhance processes related to project coordination, scheduling, and resource management within Professional Services.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a technology company, Professional Services organization, or relevant consultancy.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple projects, schedules, timelines, resources, and managing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools is advantageous; Certinia is preferred.
• Strong communication skills that are effective, clear, and concise, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work efficiently across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to navigate competing priorities.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and managing their project expectations and scope.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and terminology and develop a working knowledge of the Microsoft security stack, including Microsoft Security, Purview, Intune, and Entra.
• Ability to learn and assist in resource management processes, including scheduling, resource assignments, capacity planning, and forecast accuracy.
