Delivery Lead – Project Manager, Foundation Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of the Foundation platform (Core Enablement) workstream, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

• Develop and manage the delivery plan, which includes key milestones, dependencies, and essential delivery activities.

• Monitor and control the budget, ensuring transparency in spending and effective financial management.

• Take ownership of the RAID log, actively identifying and escalating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.

• Facilitate coordination among business and technical contributors across various teams.

• Lead governance processes, reporting, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

• Provide prompt escalation and decision-making support to keep delivery aligned and to eliminate obstacles.

• Ensure governance artifacts and delivery documentation are maintained accurately and consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role in a complex program environment.

• Background in a large life and pensions organization or a similarly regulated financial services sector.

• Strong proficiency in managing plans, budgets, RAID logs, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and influencing abilities.

• Capacity to instill structure, clarity, and drive within complex delivery workstreams.

• Confidence in making decisions and managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
