Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of global Finance Technology initiatives.

• Manage integrated project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, budgets, and governance frameworks.

• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide status updates.

• Handle change requests and collaborate with senior Finance stakeholders to establish business readiness and success metrics.

• Coordinate efforts among global business, technology, system integrator, and vendor teams across various regions.

• Work closely with stakeholders in Europe.

• Collaborate with SAP functional, integration, and data teams to ensure technical solution designs meet business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee testing execution, cutover planning, training delivery, deployment, hypercare, and operational stabilization.

• Ensure that program activities comply with internal controls, audit standards, and global regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in leading large-scale, complex technology implementations on a global scale.

• Demonstrated experience in leading Finance Technology / ERP-related software implementations.

• A Master's Degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Project Management is preferred.

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• Certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe are highly regarded.

• Experience collaborating with European consulting and implementation partners is beneficial.

• Strong proficiency in modern project management tools, such as Smartsheet.

• Practical experience in cutover, hypercare planning, and managing cross-functional dependencies.

• Familiarity or functional awareness of contemporary Tax Engine capabilities, including Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avalara, or SAP native features.
