This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist with straightforward to moderately complex site ARRM projects.

• Facilitate effective internal communication and teamwork to produce high-quality products that align with clients’ project requirements.

• Oversee project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate with internal project teams across various disciplines, including engineers, hydrogeologists, soil scientists, and ecologists.

• Engage with clients and project-related stakeholders.

• Draft technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, and cost estimates.

• Contribute to the achievements of a collaborative team.

• Engage in professional development opportunities and career advancement.

• Mentor and nurture junior staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in environmental science, project management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three (3) years of prior project management consulting experience.

• Experience in managing site assessment, reclamation, remediation, and monitoring ARRM projects in Alberta, British Columbia, or Saskatchewan would be an advantage.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships.

• Eligibility for registration or membership in good standing with a professional organization (e.g., AIA, ASET, APEGA) would be considered beneficial.

• Knowledge in preparing technical reports, work plans, cost estimates, and scopes of work.

• Willingness to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior professionals.

• A valid class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions.

• Capability to sit, stand, and walk as required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.

• This is a safety-sensitive position subject to pre-employment, pre-access, and potentially random alcohol and drug testing.

• Reviews of drivers' abstracts are required.
