This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee all stages of project execution, encompassing safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client collaboration.
β’ Promote a top-tier safety culture by collaborating with field and safety teams to mitigate risks and enhance performance.
β’ Manage project timelines, budgets, and financial results to ensure consistent and profitable project delivery.
β’ Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
β’ Act as the main liaison for clients, engineers, and stakeholders, nurturing strong and professional relationships.
β’ Lead and develop project teams, encouraging accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
β’ Handle change orders, RFIs, and project risks, implementing strategies to safeguard the interests of the company.
β’ Track costs, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, while assisting in forecasting and reporting tasks.
β’ Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and equipment resources to facilitate effective project execution.
β’ Direct project closeout activities, including documentation, financial reconciliation, and compliance with contracts.
β’ Ensure the timely and precise completion of project documentation and reporting obligations.
β’ Support ongoing improvement initiatives, including process refinement and operational best practices.
β’ Participate in business development activities, including bidding and proposal assistance.
β’ Mentor team members and contribute to employee development and engagement programs.
β’ Ensure quality control and quality assurance throughout all phases of project execution.
β’ 3β5 years of leadership experience in the electrical construction sector, successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
β’ Background in renewable energy or power generation projects.
β’ Strong comprehension of project management, financial oversight, and construction operations.
β’ Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Competitive salary based on experience.
