Project Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Direct cross-functional project teams to achieve work deliverables for the implementation of essential software packages.

• Evaluate statements of work and develop efficient project plans to deliver the outlined solutions.

• Provide progress updates and manage client expectations effectively.

• Ensure the provision of high-quality software solutions and excellent customer service.

• Oversee project financials.

• Actively address project issues to minimize delays and lessen the impact on clients and project timelines.

• Conduct post-implementation assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and apply insights gained.

• Guide consultants in deploying Utility Billing and Client Information Software (CIS) solutions for both new and existing clients.

• Engage in project planning and scheduling activities.

• Report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects.

• Exceptional leadership capabilities.

• Profound understanding of all aspects related to software system implementations.

• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• PMP Certification is a valuable asset.

• Candidates must possess a current, valid passport.

• Candidates must be legally able to travel internationally.

• Possess passport-based visa exemptions or necessary travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Proficient in utilizing AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools.

• Demonstrate appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards when employing AI tools.
