Project Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Guide cross-functional project teams to successfully achieve work deliverables for the implementation of critical software packages.

• Analyze statements of work and develop effective project plans to provide the required solutions.

• Offer updates and manage client expectations, ensuring high-quality software solutions and excellent customer service are delivered.

• Oversee project financials.

• Proactively address project issues to avoid delays and minimize the impact on clients and project timelines.

• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to pinpoint areas for improvement and leverage learnings.

• Lead consultants in the deployment of Utility Billing and Client Information Software (CIS) solutions for both new and existing clients.

• Engage in project planning and scheduling activities.

• Report directly to the Director of Professional Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of all processes related to software system implementations.

• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

• PMP Certification is required.

• Must possess a current, valid passport.

• Legally authorized to travel internationally.

• Possess passport-based visa exemption or necessary travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Proficient in the use of AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools.

• Demonstrates appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards when utilizing AI tools.
