Project Manager – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Create project plans that encompass resource estimates, timelines, scheduling, budgeting, dependencies, and change management strategies.

• Oversee project execution in alignment with approved plans, objectives, budgets, and documentation needs.

• Engage stakeholders through proactive involvement and consistent communication.

• Provide updates on project status, milestones, challenges, risks, and comparisons of budgeted versus actual expenditures.

• Identify, evaluate, record, and manage project issues and risks effectively.

• Handle changes in project scope through established change management protocols.

• Ensure alignment of projects with customers' strategic and operational objectives.

• Conduct post-implementation analyses and initiate process enhancements.

• Finalize and archive project documentation.

• Advocate for and actualize the benefits and value of project and professional service delivery.

• Foster trusted relationships with client executives and staff.

• Recognize prospects for project extensions and additional engagements.

• Manage service resources and personal chargeability.

• Oversee stakeholder expectations, deliverables, business requirements, scope, contract stipulations, approvals, and invoicing processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of relevant experience, including providing software solutions to external clients, experience in the Software as a Service sector, and project management expertise.

• Capability to manage external customer expectations in line with work priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

• Strong grounding in project management principles.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of presentation skills and persuasive communication abilities.

• Knowledge of the print industry is a plus.
