Project Manager – Pneumatic Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee pneumatic development initiatives across various projects

• Contribute to product innovation to fulfill project specifications

• Ensure the completion of deliverables and validation processes

• Manage a team effectively

• Prepare, lead, and execute development and validation tests at test tracks operated by clients or equipment manufacturers

• Perform tests and generate pneumatic performance evaluation reports

• Raise critical concerns during project review meetings

• Serve as the liaison with suppliers

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education qualification equivalent to a Master’s degree (four- or five-year degree) from an engineering or specialized school, preferably in transport, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative software

• Fluency in English is a necessity

• Experience in conducting dynamic tests on various road surfaces and grip conditions

• Capacity to subjectively assess vehicle performance

• Keen interest in the automotive sector and the future of mobility

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities

• Project management expertise

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
