Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of local permitting regulations across different markets

• Serve as a trusted consultant, assisting clients through complex approval procedures

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with municipal personnel

• Manage multiple permitting projects at the same time

• Collaborate with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership to enhance Pulley’s platform continuously

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting

• Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures

• Exceptional communication skills and an aptitude for fostering strong relationships with clients and municipal authorities

• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools and flexible in learning new systems
