This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local permitting regulations across diverse markets.

• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients through complex approval procedures.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with municipal personnel.

• Manage multiple permitting projects concurrently.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and leadership.

• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools.
