Project Manager – People Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief People Officer.

• Assist the People & Culture Leadership team across various centres of excellence.

• Take ownership of the delivery of the People & Culture Roadmap.

• Lead weekly review meetings and facilitate status updates.

• Collect feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Oversee planning and budget processes across different teams.

• Provide reports to stakeholders both within and outside the People & Culture department.

• Ensure global initiatives remain on track.

• Challenge the People & Culture leadership while serving as a sounding board.

• Maintain accountability through the RACI model.

• Proactively identify issues and obstacles.

• Develop solutions to overcome challenges and unblock initiatives.

• Assist in driving efficiency gains and opportunities utilizing AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex people projects on schedule and within scope in a comparable tech scale-up environment.

• Formal Project Management certification, such as Prince2.

• Proficiency with tools like Asana, Miro, and Slack.

• Comfortable with AI tools including Gemini and Claude.

• Experience in managing budgets effectively.

• A structured, detail-oriented approach to project delivery.

• Ability to quickly switch contexts and independently manage multiple timelines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
