This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the execution and project management of GE HealthCare’s Patient Care Solutions portfolio, which encompasses Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative, and Maternal Infant Care products.
• Facilitate the review of sales orders, project planning, documentation, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and resolution of issues.
• Direct testing and ensure go-live readiness in collaboration with customers, EMR/EHR vendors, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and improve process productivity throughout the installation phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact between GE HealthCare and its customers.
• Implement managed project deployments, which include defining GE and customer responsibilities as well as contract-based deliverables.
• Monitor and report on the progress of implementation initiatives.
• Oversee equipment delivery, installation, testing, and project milestones with designated owners.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise project milestone timelines.
• Generate clear and predictable data for business metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Identify, escalate, and address issues that impact customer satisfaction and operational objectives.
• Travel to client locations and provide support during customer go-lives, installations, and critical project milestones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, technical installation, or leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in project management with the ability to meet deadlines on time or ahead of schedule.
• Experience with large-scale healthcare system implementations involving data and application integrations, utilizing healthcare standards such as HL7 and IHE.
• Experience in leading testing and go-live readiness activities with customers, EMR/EHR vendors, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to work independently while juggling multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites.
• Willingness to work after hours based on client requirements.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or Project Management Certificate.
• Preferred: Customer service experience in a clinical setting.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the healthcare industry and GE HealthCare products.
• Proficient in project management software such as Workbench, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Preferred: Six Sigma certification and/or experience with Lean methodology.
• Familiarity with IT concepts including networking, IP addresses, switches, routers, and virtual servers.
