Project Manager – Oral 360 Learning Plan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage integrated project plans, timelines, trackers, and action logs, serving as the definitive source of truth for the project team.

• Monitor progress across various workstreams, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying any deviations and bottlenecks.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on crucial deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

• Organize and lead regular project team meetings and governance discussions.

• Prepare agendas, minutes, status updates, action logs, and materials for leadership reviews.

• Maintain logs for project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively escalate any emerging risks.

• Coordinate mitigation strategies and follow up on outstanding commitments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Support effective communication across diverse and distributed stakeholder groups.

• Oversee operational and logistical tasks, including product prototyping and product shipments for testing.

• Continuously enhance project workflows, fostering structure, transparency, and a proactive approach within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, ideally within an R&D context.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to engage with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks in a proactive manner.

• Experience in project management, stakeholder communication, and change management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is preferred.

• A proactive, independent, and autonomous mindset with a strong can-do attitude.

• Flexibility and the ability to swiftly adjust to changing priorities and environments.

• A collaborative spirit, positive energy, and the charisma to engage and influence others.

• Previous experience in delivering R&D projects is a plus.
