Project Manager – Operational Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise readiness evaluations, demonstrations, cutover activities, and enhanced customer service for legacy systems transitioning to Gainwell solutions.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal teams, and account subject matter experts to ensure seamless transitions in Medicaid systems.

• Ensure systems are comprehensively understood, documented, and ready for transition.

• Conduct Operational Readiness Demonstrations with clients to highlight business outcomes.

• Maintain ongoing Operational Readiness Assessments across vendors and internal teams.

• Lead project teams in meeting project and program objectives effectively.

• Foster positive relationships with clients.

• Develop, update, and maintain ORR schedules, operational readiness plans, demonstration plans, reports, and checklists.

• Organize, direct, and inspire project team members regarding deadlines, scope, assignments, and objectives.

• Communicate project progress to workstream leadership, including monitoring risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience in project and/or program management or equivalent leadership experience.

• Practical experience in managing and successfully delivering multiple projects and/or programs of varying sizes and complexities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to convey project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at various levels.

• Capability to adjust to changes in priorities and resolve emerging issues effectively.

• Experience managing projects within a Client/Vendor framework.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• Must utilize video cameras during interviews and the first week of orientation.
