This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the defined scope while upholding industry, sponsor, and Ergomed quality standards.
• Collaborate with project team members, offer training as necessary, and ensure proper task allocation.
• Create, review, and modify project plans to ensure alignment with objectives and key milestones.
• Organize and lead project meetings concerning study activities, which include study organization, initiation, execution, and closure.
• Act as the main contact for sponsors and Ergomed Senior Management regarding the status of projects.
• Represent Ergomed in external meetings and engage with scientific and medical professionals from other CROs and sponsor organizations.
• Take part in committee meetings, including EC/IRB meetings.
• Develop, review, and modify relevant SOPs to ensure consistency with regulatory requirements.
• Create training programs related to studies.
• Contribute to bid defense initiatives.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager for international clinical trials within a CRO setting.
• Familiarity with Oncology and Rare Disease therapeutic areas.
• Experience in selecting and overseeing external service providers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field.
