Project Manager – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of clinical trials from initiation to closure.

• Manage the technical, financial, and operational facets of clinical trial projects.

• Ensure the successful completion of clinical trials.

• Collaborate with key functional area leaders to identify and assess essential project challenges.

• Analyze data regarding complex issues and make informed business decisions.

• Ensure the implementation of project solutions.

• Guarantee that project deliverables align with customer expectations in terms of time, quality, and cost.

• Work alongside Project Management Directors and other functional area leaders.

• Assure that project deliverables meet customer and contractual standards.

• Collaborate across project teams and engage with scientific and therapeutic leadership.

• Provide innovative, flexible, and proactive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to manage projects in a multi-office setting.

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Excellent planning and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

• Prior experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO environment.

• Experience in managing Oncology studies is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• A University/College degree in Life Sciences is preferred.
