This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.

• Track project progress and identify potential risks and challenges.

• Execute strategies to tackle issues and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.

• Ensure alignment with project objectives and the broader organizational goals.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

• Oversee project and program management delivery, troubleshoot issues, and enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership is essential.

• A proven history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, adhering to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are considered beneficial.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing circumstances.

• A commitment to achieving project objectives and promoting continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
