Project Manager – Northeast Warranty Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and schedule project meetings and calls, develop agendas, and maintain comprehensive project schedules for each initiative and its respective phases.

• Engage in client project discussions and produce thorough status updates and action-item summaries.

• Follow up with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project advancement.

• Collaborate with Real Estate Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, and General Contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

• Keep detailed project timelines updated in project management software.

• Supervise the client-managed scheduling system and confirm the accuracy of dates for reporting purposes.

• Communicate major issues, findings, results, and recommendations to the Account Manager/Director.

• Oversee a regional portfolio of 30–50 new construction projects.

• Set goals and objectives with timelines for supervised organizational units and sub-units as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban/City Planning, or a related field is required.

• At least 7 years of directly relevant experience in an engineering, construction, or project management role.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (approximately 10 days per month).

• Strong client focus.
