Project Manager – Non-technical, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer project management assistance for initiatives related to enterprise data.

• Organize and monitor project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Aid in user adoption and change management efforts for new processes and reporting solutions.

• Oversee report migration projects and track progress against deadlines.

• Keep project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items up to date.

• Propel communication across functions between business and technical stakeholders.

• Help resolve issues and mitigate risks as necessary.

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience within the financial services or banking industry.

• This is a contract position based in Seattle, WA.
