Project Manager – Municipal Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise project activities spanning various disciplines, including planning and design services, owner’s advisory services, procurement, construction management, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and additional functions.

• Oversee project scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, work package planning, process supervision, tracking, and reporting.

• Direct the development and execution of project management plans and procedures.

• Offer expertise in contract evaluation, value engineering, and risk assessments.

• Engage in business development, support RFP efforts, and deliver client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in multi-disciplinary project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience collaborating directly with municipal clients and agencies.

• Familiarity with contract analysis, constructability reviews, value engineering assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Preference for candidates with alternative/collaborative delivery experience.

• PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
