πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver consulting services for a client account specializing in multi-use facilities.

β€’ Oversee projects from their initiation to successful completion.

β€’ Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout for real estate ventures.

β€’ Collaborate directly with clients to develop the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk assessments.

β€’ Identify project delivery resources and facilitate requests for proposals and bid assessments.

β€’ Advise clients on appropriate project resources.

β€’ Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with both company and client standards.

β€’ Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.

β€’ Guide project delivery teams and provide direction to achieve objectives.

β€’ Formulate action plans to fulfill objectives, budget constraints, and timelines.

β€’ Monitor project progress and communicate status and discrepancies.

β€’ Recognize project risks and create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

β€’ Execute action plans aimed at diminishing or eliminating project risks.

β€’ Utilize project management principles and techniques for complex assignments and innovative solutions.

β€’ Mentor colleagues and disseminate knowledge across various job functions.

β€’ Exemplify leadership and embody the CBRE RISE values.

β€’ Foster consensus and persuade others to achieve agreement.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree is preferred along with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

β€’ In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be evaluated.

β€’ Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

β€’ Strongly desired experience includes ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure.

β€’ Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

β€’ Familiarity with Kahua or similar project management software is required.

β€’ Experience with D365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is necessary.

β€’ Excellent organizational skills complemented by an advanced inquisitive mindset.

β€’ Strong mathematical skills are essential.

β€’ Capability to perform moderately complex calculations, including percentages, fractions, and other financial computations.

β€’ The role may necessitate up to 50% regional travel, mainly within the Eastern/Central Time Zone.

β€’ On-site presence and requirements may vary based on client needs.
