Project Manager – Multiuse Facility Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for a client account involving a multi-use facility.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including ground-up construction and facility infrastructure developments.

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases for real estate initiatives.

• Develop scope of work, project delivery resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control measures, and risk identification strategies.

• Identify project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals along with bid evaluations.

• Advise clients on recommended project resources.

• Establish governance for project documentation and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams and provide direction to achieve targeted outcomes.

• Formulate action plans to fulfill objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and report on status and any variances.

• Recognize potential project threats and devise risk mitigation and contingency plans.

• Mentor team members and share expertise.

• Foster consensus and negotiate agreements with stakeholders.

• Travel regionally up to 50%, primarily within the Eastern Time Zone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Preferably possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.

• Strongly desired experience in ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua or similar project management software is advantageous.

• Experience with D365 or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills coupled with a strong inquisitive mindset.

• Advanced mathematical skills are required.

• Ability to perform moderately complex calculations, including percentages, fractions, and other financial-related computations.
