Project Manager – Multiuse Facility Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion.

• Manage the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases for real estate endeavors.

• Collaborate with clients to outline the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk assessments.

• Determine project delivery resources and carry out requests for proposals and bid evaluations.

• Advise clients on recommended project resources.

• Enforce project documentation governance.

• Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

• Lead project delivery teams and offer guidance.

• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, adhere to budgets, and meet schedules.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates and variances.

• Recognize project risks and create mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Execute action plans aimed at reducing or eliminating project risks.

• Utilize standard principles and techniques on complex assignments while crafting innovative solutions.

• Mentor others and share expertise in the field.

• Exemplify leadership in alignment with CBRE RISE values.

• Foster consensus and persuade others to achieve agreement.

• Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities across interconnected teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, accompanied by 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• In the absence of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM certifications are preferred.

• Experience in ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure is highly desired.

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiarity with Kahua or similar project management software.

• Experience with D365 or another ERP system.

• Strong organizational skills combined with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

• Advanced mathematical skills.

• Capability to perform moderately complex calculations involving percentages, fractions, and other financial computations.

• May require up to 50% regional travel, primarily within the Eastern Time Zone.
