This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The role encompasses project management responsibilities including scope management, client relations, scheduling, and financial oversight.
• Oversee and guide projects from the planning phase through design and construction.
• Facilitate project team meetings and communicate project progress to senior management.
• Conduct internal peer reviews and contribute to multi-discipline page turns across all offices to aid in developing a cohesive design.
• Execute page turns prior to all significant project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with subconsultants and departmental design managers.
• Support the creation of client capture strategies, pursuit plans, proposals, and other business development and client engagement initiatives.
• Foster and strengthen client relationships, act as the primary point of contact for the company, and ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints, satisfying client expectations.
• Oversee relevant components of a formal quality assurance program.
• Provide marketing and business development assistance, including identifying potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish fees for complex projects.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a project management role.
• Possession of a PE, PMP, and/or similar professional license is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare and/or government contracting sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to fulfill project management duties, working independently as well as collaboratively with other team members and Project Managers.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects for various clients at different stages of design and construction.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to client locations.
