Project Manager – Medical Clinic Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver project management consulting services for a healthcare client account.

• Oversee clinic renovations, including upgrades to MEP infrastructure.

• Manage commercial real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Plan, design, construct, oversee occupancy, and finalize projects.

• Collaborate with clients to develop scope of work, allocate resources, create cost estimates, establish budgets, schedules, ensure quality control, and identify risks.

• Determine project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals along with bid assessments.

• Suggest project resources to clients.

• Enforce project documentation governance and maintain data integrity.

• Create action plans to achieve objectives, adhere to budgets, and stick to schedules.

• Monitor project progress and report on status and variances.

• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, cultivate consensus, and exemplify company values.

• May undertake SOX control responsibilities.

• Travel approximately 25% to client project locations across the nation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5–8 years of relevant experience.

• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience with healthcare clients is essential; experience with medical clients is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Experience with E-Builder or similar project management software is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Power BI is advantageous.

• General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.

• Strong interpersonal and inquisitive skills.

• Advanced mathematical skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM certifications are preferred.
