Project Manager, Load Banks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer technical guidance to both internal and external stakeholders concerning load banks, electrical generation, and electrical distribution.

• Organize, plan, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

• Collect, assess, and document project requirements while defining the scope of work.

• Conduct site visits as needed for project estimation and execution.

• Identify equipment and service requirements and create project quotations.

• Plan and coordinate project operations effectively.

• Establish and oversee project quality and reporting standards.

• Develop project plans, drawings, budgets, logs, reports, summaries, and lessons learned documents.

• Collect data and relay project progress and status updates to stakeholders.

• Adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures.

• Assist project staff with logistics, equipment preparation, mobilization, demobilization, and human resources matters.

• Support management staff and undertake other assigned tasks.

• Oversee multiple projects at various stages and scopes, including both domestic and international projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in industrial electric equipment field operations.

• At least three years of experience in electrical systems design or engineering.

• A minimum of three years of project management experience.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Capable of reading and understanding technical documents such as manuals, blueprints, plans, and schematics.

• Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Must successfully complete periodic drug, alcohol, and security screenings.
