This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Coordinate intricate Life Sciences workflows, encompassing translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off for LILT’s major enterprise clients.
• Interact directly with clients to clarify their needs, ensure receipt of assets, provide status updates, and confirm deliveries in line with SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering and linguistic teams to address and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage internal and external communications within SLAs.
• Recognize, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues to the Program Leader.
• Define and assign administrative tasks to Project Coordinators.
• Oversee budgets and balance priorities among various tasks and customers.
• Set realistic deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Adhere to Production SOPs, best practices, protocols, and KPIs focused on margin, quality, and timely delivery.
• Introduce new features, efficiencies, and initiatives that align with departmental and company objectives.
• Manage comprehensive project workflows, including Translation, QA, DTP, Linguistic Sign Off, E-Learning, and Multimedia.
• Ensure project-level quality and compliance with customer linguistic assets and QA guidelines.
• Maintain precise system administration and data entry.
• Handle invoicing and payment processing.
• Conduct file analysis and oversee translation memories, style guides, and reference materials.
• Utilize Production systems and tools effectively.
• Train supporting resources on production processes and methodologies.
• Create and maintain documentation related to customer processes.
• Escalate quality complaints and gather customer feedback.
• Raise Customer Support tickets as needed.
• Source linguists and submit requests for new vendor sourcing.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and mitigation strategies across production areas.
• Manage communication with linguists for all projects.
• 2–5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale, complex production for Life Sciences clients.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
• Exceptional internal communication skills, including rapid responsiveness and effective problem resolution.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents, agentic tools, prompting/configuring tools, or developing simple agents/automations.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Languages, Translation, or Linguistics is preferred.
• Starting pay of $15–$18 per hour.
