Project Manager – LATAM Nearshore, English Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead projects that encompass a wide range of scopes and significant complexity.

• Oversee and manage project roadmaps effectively.

• Facilitate the planning process for projects.

• Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate ideas.

• Prioritize projects and their respective features.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create workflows, project plans, proof of concepts, operating procedures, and training materials.

• Decompose large, intricate projects into manageable segments.

• Create functional specifications for projects.

• Ensure the successful on-time delivery of projects.

• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams throughout the phases of ideation, pilot, prototype, and operationalization.

• Establish effective partnerships with developers, architects, quality assurance teams, data analysts, and product managers.

• Occasionally travel to headquarters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail and project management.

• Proficient in Sterling OMS and its functions within an omni-fulfillment environment.

• High-level understanding of microservice architectures.

• Experience in Agile methodologies.

• Background in fulfillment processes.

• Knowledge of Shipping Methods and Logistics.

• Innovative, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking mindset.

• Familiarity with Rithum (marketplace/dropship integrator) is a significant advantage.

• Experience with Shipium (parcel management solution) is also a strong advantage.

• Working in Pittsburgh, PA is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in English is required.
